Shadowwork – Women only
17.04.2026 – 13:00 – 19.04.2026 – 17:00In this shadowwork weekend we invite you to a special place and time to claim perhaps a rare moment for yourself. This is an opportunity to explore your deepest place where things may not yet even be spoken or formed. It is a gift to reclaim the energy that once was yours that might feel less accessible nowadays. Now is the time and space to venture into your shadows and to harvest the gold that lies beneath.
We create a circle of women because we believe this adds another layer to this work that we love so deeply: shadow work is powerful transformative work and doing this with only women creates a safer and perhaps even a sacred place for transformation.
Feel welcome to join us. And if you are drawn and are in doubt, please reach out to us.
As women growing up in this society we learn how to juggle our different roles and we frequently manage all the expectations imposed on us. Along this way you might ask yourself ‘And where am I in all of this?’ or even ‘Who am I?’ And perhaps you might ask yourself ‘How did I get to this place?’
Our experience is that we meet the demands of those around us and rarely have the time and space to take a pause, to reflect, to get curious and to be in deep connection with ourselves.
What to expect?
During our immersive shadowwork weekend you embark on an extraordinary journey of personal and professional transformation. Through powerful tools, we’ll unravel entrenched patterns in your life. Here’s what to expect:
- We’ll create a supportive learning space
- We’ll introduce you to four key archetypes with which we will work with:
The Queen, The Magician The Warrior & The Lover and consider how these live in you and what lessons they have for your life - There is an opportunity for each of the participants to explore a personal or professional challenge with the support of the group.
- We’ll wrap up with a closure, bringing our personal and collective experiences together.

We wish to emphasize that this is not a course in shadowwork, but an immersive experience. If you are interested in being trained afterwards, we would be happy to refer you to upcoming courses in Belgium or abroad.
During a shadowworkweekend we work with personal and professional challenges and questions we are dealing with in life. Here you can find some examples of that.
As a coach, you may have noticed an allure of being a people pleaser. You harvest a lot of applause but it leaves you with minimal feedback for growth. Worse, it can foster dependence on those you coach, prolonging their reliance on you unnecessarily. This can cause irritation and frustration. And even a loss of pleasure in what you do. In shadow work, we give you the opportunity to explore the roots of this pleasing tendency.
As facilitators, we carry/have a backpack full of theory and tools to deploy. However alongside this invaluable resource lies a shadow bag. Our shadow bag contains aspects of ourselves that we don’t like, that we ignore or suppress.Occasionally these neglected facets surface unexpectedly, manifesting in moments of imbalance. Have you found yourself losing neutrality in a group, judging the group that the result of the decision-making process isn’t good enough or inadvertently neglecting someone who speaks up. These are shadows at play, moments often followed by regret of selfjudgment.
You undoubtedly know that in this work of group facilitation, we ourselves are our most important tool. So it is time to unpack the shadow bag that sometimes hangs over that great backpack of yours. Do you want to get more insight into what’s in the shadow for you and make your shadow bag less heavy? Then you shouldn’t miss this shadow workweekend!!
Somedays you can only think that there is nothing more complicated than raising kids. Especially when your daughters sometimes challenge you and confront you. And you find yourself repeating old patterns that you rejected once. If you want to free yourself from these old patterns and give the generation of your children and yourself more freedom in how to live their lives, shadowwork is a way to explore that. Feel welcome!
A time of transition
Perhaps you are in a place of change, maybe your body is responding as you grow, perhaps your career is not all you had hoped, perhaps you feel the ending of something and the beginning of something new. Maybe you are tired. Perhaps in this place, there is anxiety, nerves and an uncertainty that feels at times overwhelming and a procrastination that is keeping you stuck. Maybe you have a glimmer of new possibilities but perhaps they feel too hard to reach for. This weekend could offer new insights and perspectives and a way to reclaim and reimagine the future. Shadow work has the potential to shift through offering insight and connection know that this could be the opportunity you’re been seeking.
All of you is welcome!
