Fanny Matheusen

For more than 20 years, Fanny Matheusen has been providing training and coaching in various sectors including the aid sector, education, corporate world, the socio-cultural field, in the arts sector, in government departments and NGOs.
The themes she often works around are intercultural communication & competence, inclusive decision-making & conflict management and (ecological) transition.

Fanny is a social worker and pedagogue with a specialization in anthropology. She is trained in systemic work, coaching and facilitation, conflict management, deep democracy and transition work.

Fanny worked as a supervisor, trainer and manager in the fair trade sector and in childcare. She did research and provided training in an academic center of expertise on interculturality. She is a guest lecturer at various university colleges on themes such as: intercultural competence and inclusive decision making.

Since 2012 she has her own company Goesthing BV where she guides people through transitions, with a special interest for differences. She expanded her activities in founding HUMMUS in 2019 and invited people to join her pathway.

Fanny Matheusen is a practitioner, instructor and supervisor in Deep Democracy the Lewis method. She teaches Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 training courses. Besides being an instructor she is an experienced trainer, coach and keynote speaker.
