Heather Plett is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker, and facilitator, best known for her pioneering work on *holding space*. She is the bestselling author of *The Art of Holding Space* and *Where Tenderness Lives*, and the founder of the Centre for Holding Space.
Through her work, Heather supports leaders, coaches, and facilitators in navigating complexity, transition, and change with greater presence, courage, and compassion. Her teaching explores themes such as leadership, liminality, belonging, and collective transformation.
